Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jackie earned her BA in English from UNT in 2021 and is currently working towards her Master's degree in Higher Education. She is passionate about education and helping students reach their postsecondary goals!

Talent Search is a FREE college prep program assisting qualifying 9th-12th graders with test prep, college/career readiness, academic advising and more! Watch the video for more details on how we work!
What you can expect:
Freshmen - focusing on adjusting to high school, getting involved, and learning basic college knowledge
Sophomores - beginning career research and basic money management skills
Juniors - learning about and preparing for college entrance exams; beginning specific college research
Seniors - attending our summer sessions to get a head start on college applications; receive resume assistance, help locating scholarships, help filing the FAFSA, and more!
Field trips - We visit college and career sites. Past trips have been to - A&M, UT Dallas, OU, TWU, Wise County Medical, Forensics Exploration Day @ UNT, Law Exploration Day @ UNT, Build Texas Proud Construction Expo in Coppell, and MORE!
Perks - seniors receive college application fee waivers and up to 2 free SAT/ACT attempts; all TRIO activities are 100% FREE; our program looks great on college resumes!
