Welding Gloves (gauntlet style for stick preferred)
Non-Holey Jeans
Cotton Shirt or Long Sleeve Heavy Cotton Shirt
Closed Toe, Closed Heel Shoes; preferably leather boots or shoes. Leather gaiters or spats can be used over tennis shoes.
No contacts and Safety glasses that fit over glasses or prescription safety glasses
