3rd-5th grade students will be doing self-assessments as their progress reports. They will submit them to me by the due date. I will review and meet with them if I disagree with how they rated themselves. I will provide them with feedback in the Google Classroom assignment. They are to then share it with you and then please complete the above Progress Report Parent Form.
