Bienvenido a la biblioteca Ann Windle SYC

Our library serves pre-k students, their families, and Windle staff. Classes come to the library each week for Storytime and to checkout books. For Storytime, we sing songs, do fingerplays, and read books. For checkout, students browse through buckets of library books to choose the book they want to read for the week.

Circulation Guidelines

• Students choose 1 book for checkout each time.

• Books are due back at the library after 1 week.

• No fees are charged for late books

• For lost or damaged books, please see the page called, Policy for Lost/Damaged Books.

• Teachers choose whether to send library books home with your student or whether to keep them in the classroom.

• If your child is not bringing home a library book and you would like them to, please notify their teacher.

Nuestra biblioteca atiende a estudiantes de prekínder, sus familias y al personal de Windle. Las clases vienen a la biblioteca cada semana para Storytime y para sacar libros. Para Storytime, cantamos canciones, hacemos juegos con los dedos y leemos libros. Para el pago, los estudiantes exploran cubos de libros de la biblioteca para elegir el libro que quieren leer durante la semana.

Pautas de circulación

• Los estudiantes eligen 1 libro para prestar cada vez.

• Los libros deben regresar a la biblioteca después de 1 semana.

• No se cobran tarifas por libros atrasados

• Para libros perdidos o dañados, consulte la página llamada Política para libros perdidos o dañados.

• Los maestros eligen si enviar los libros de la biblioteca a casa con su estudiante o si mantenerlos en el salón de clases.

• Si su hijo no va a traer a casa un libro de la biblioteca y le gustaría que lo hiciera, notifique a su maestro.
