It is imperative to use the utmost care and diligence when handling and managing funds of all types, but especially when students-generated monies are involved. At no time and under no circumstances should student funds be mixed with other personal or district accounts. Teachers should be prepared to give a detailed explanation of all expenses and expenditures at any time. Individual campus policies and procedures should be followed regarding fund raising activities and in managing student activity accounts.
