Every spring semester, Tri-Team conducts training for a sprint triathlon in the Clemson area (locations vary). A sprint triathlon consists of a 500m-750m swim, a 13-16 mile bike, and a 5K run.
The Clemson Army ROTC Triathlon team is an amazing opportunity to improve your physical fitness, expand your workout regimen, and boost your ACFT score.
Training for the Army ROTC Tri-Team commences every spring semester and is conducted at least four days a week.
Training is a combination of swim workouts in Fike Recreation Center on campus, cycling, and running. In addition to that training there will be one or two days of weight training on your own time.
