The goal of counseling is to improve mental health, well-being, and overall quality of life by offering support, guidance, and strategies for coping with challenges. 

It is an action taken by concerned individuals within the institution who see that a particular student needs counselor or specialist assistance.

This is a kamustahan done in a face-face set up. It can accommodate up to 5 students per schedule.
