The center is committed for a holistic development of students and other stakeholders, envisions fully equipped persons with skills and competence needed to live a well-functioning life. 

We, the Guidance and Counseling personnel commit ourselves to: 

• Provide effective guidance programs and adequate services that are client-driven and responsive to the needs of every student and other stakeholders of Cor Jesu College;

• Nurture networking and collaborative leadership among school administrators and other agencies in the community;

• Uphold program that promotes staff development particularly in the conduct and practice as helping professionals;

• Foster close relationship among co-workers, students and parents.

Provide students as well as the other stakeholders with opportunities for the enhancement of personal/social, academic and career development, likewise, to afford them with skills training necessary in coping with life's stresses and challenges.
