The Marketing Symposium @Tokyo is an event designed to provide a platform for distinguished world-class professors (and those who aspire to this distinction, too!) to present their research ideas and engage in open dialogue. As is customary, esteemed academics from across the globe are be convening at this institution once more in the current academic year.
The rapid advancements witnessed in the scientific realm in recent years have precipitated substantial transformations in the marketing world. Specifically, this encompasses the expanding capacity to amass and employ an ever-increasingly diverse and voluminous array of data, the advent of sophisticated and insightful theoretical and quantitative models, and the subsequent extraction of highly pragmatic insights. In summary, the Frontiers of Empirical Marketing are undergoing perpetual expansion.
In the present year, it is with great privilege that the organizing committee announces its intention to host two professors of the highest esteem. These distinguished scholars, Eitan Muller and Bryan Bollinger, have demonstrated an exceptional capacity to propel the frontiers of marketing to new and unprecedented heights. Furthermore, promising professors who are following in their footsteps and/or who are poised to become leading figures in the marketing community will join the discussion.
The gathering will adhere to the established custom of intimate and casual conduct. The objective of this meeting is to facilitate open and engaging dialogue, with the expectation that it will yield innovative concepts and the establishment of robust professional and personal connections.
