Chef Modhu Miah started working at a small Ramen shop as a part-timer in Japan, Oita Prefecture, Beppushi, Beppu back in 2014 while he was there for his studies. Soon he fell in love with every aspect of Ramen, from hand making the noodles to creating the rich broths which took long hours. His passion and dedication took him to becoming the sous chef there, surpassing the other Japanese chefs there. He came back to Dhaka, Bangladesh with all these knowledge, love and passion for Ramen and wanted to share it with his country men, bringing them a new culture, rich and delicious food from the land of the raising sun.
