About Supreme Student Council Membership Fee Collection
Pursuant to Article IV Membership and Contribution, the Supreme Student Council is granted the authority to collect membership fees from students. As the highest governing student body of the University, as stated in Article I Name, Section 3, and in accordance with the provisions of the Council’s Constitution and By-Laws, the Council exercises this right to support its programs, services, and student-centered initiatives. The additional provisions stipulated under the Article IV are as follows:

All members shall pay a membership fee for SSC and an additional University Student Council membership fee prescribed by their Constitution and By-Laws.
All bona fide students of Batangas State University, The National Engineering University ARASOF–Nasugbu, shall pay the membership fee of sixty pesos only (Php 60.00) per semester, with the total amount of one hundred twenty pesos (Php 120.00) for every academic year.
Twenty pesos (Php 20.00) from each one hundred twenty pesos (Php 120.00) paid by the students shall be forwarded to the University Student Council.
Failure to settle the SSC membership fee within the specified schedule may result in tagging of student liabilities, unless otherwise exempted by formal communication or directive.
In addition to the provisions stated above, all members are required to fulfill duties as outlined in Section 2 of Article IV of the Constitution. Specifically, under Section 2.1, all members shall actively participate in the events, initiatives, and programs organized and spearheaded by the Supreme Student Council.

The Collecting and Auditing Body of the Council
The Finance Team of the Supreme Student Council ARASOF-Nasugbu, headed by Ms. Vivian Joy G. Zambal, serves as the Council’s official Collecting and Auditing Body, responsible for the proper collection, documentation, safekeeping, and auditing of all membership fees and other financial contributions. The team ensures that all financial transactions are conducted with transparency, accuracy, and accountability, in strict compliance with the Council’s Constitution and By-Laws and established financial policies.

The Updated Membership Fee Collection and Remittance Process
The updated collection and remittance procedures for this semester are as follows: Class Representatives from First to Third Year are required to remit their membership fees face-to-face at the Supreme Student Council Office. Meanwhile, students enrolled in an Internship Course are to submit their respective block payments online.
Please note that only OJT students are permitted to make online payments; any other payments made online by non-OJT students will not be credited to the official list of paid members. The comprehensive step-by-step procedure are as follows:
Step 1. Consolidate Contributions
Ensure that all contributions from your block or group are collected before making the remittance.
Step 2. Prepare the List
Make a copy of the provided template to record the names and corresponding amounts. Ensure that the list is properly signed by your Class Representative before submission. Download Here

Step 3. Secure an Appointment
Book your remittance schedule via Google Calendar. Appointments can be scheduled at least 2 hours and up to 4 days prior to your preferred date. Go to Appointment Scheduler
Step 4. Proceed to the Supreme Student Council Office
On your scheduled appointment, go to the Supreme Student Council Office and present the total amount to be remitted. Bring two (2) printed copies of the list of paid students, printed on long bond paper and duly signed by the Class Representative, for documentation and verification purposes.
Take note: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.
Step 5. Payment Verification
Submit the collected amount to the assigned Receiving Officer. The officer will double-check and tally the payment against the printed list of paid students to ensure accuracy.
Step 6. Issuance of Receipt
Once the payment has been verified, an official RESIBO or the Council’s Official Acknowledgement Receipt, shall be issued as proof of remittance.

Step 3. Transfer the Funds
Remit the collected contributions to the designated account. Make sure that all contributions from your block or group have been consolidated before initiating the transfer to avoid discrepancies. The LANDBANK Account Details can be requested via Google Form. Request Here
Please note that any applicable transfer fees will be shouldered by the remitting block.
Step 4. Confirm Your Payment
After transferring and forwarding the funds, send an email to financeofficer.ssc@gmail.com with the following details: (1) Full name and block of the class representative, (2) Total amount remitted, and (3) Screenshot or proof of payment. The format to be followed is presented below:

Step 5. Await Confirmation
Once the email has been sent, please allow 2–3 working days for the Finance Team to verify your payment and issue the official acknowledgement receipt.
