About Me

As one of my students once so eloquently put it, I'm a "two-world girl!" I grew up in Japan and moved to Texas in the summer of 2019. I graduated as valedictorian from Laurel University in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I soon transitioned to teaching middle school Science and Math, and have never looked back. I taught for four years in Japan before moving to Texas. This is my 8th year teaching, and my 3nd as a Grizzly at Grisham Middle School.
