Mayya is a doctoral student (Ph.D. Candidate) at the Graduate Institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-sen University (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
Her current research interests surround employee moods & emotions, and proactive behaviors (organizational citizenship behavior, voice, and job crafting).
She has published in the Human Performance Journal, presented at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM), Taiwan Academy of Management (TAoM), Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and Wenzao International Conference on Southeast Asian Studies (ICSEAS).
Prior to the doctoral program, Mayya worked as Purchase Coordinator at Dragon Oil Ltd, Finance and Contracts Specialist at RWE Dea AG, and Economist-Accountant at IPC Automotive.
She received her MBA in Global Human Resource Management from National Sun Yat-sen University and BA with honours in International Economic Relations with minors in Business English from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
