Ingredients:
¼ cup aloe vera gel or hand lotion
½ cup corn starch
Step 1: Put ¼ cup gel or lotion into mixing bowl.
Step 2: Measure out ½ cup of corn starch. Add HALF of it into the bowl.
Step 3: Mix with a spatula. Once mixed in, ADD the remaining corn starch and mix well.
Step 4: Once the mixture forms a solid ball, remove it from the bowl and continue to knead with your hands.
Step 5: After several minutes, the mixture should be firm and of even consistency. Store Stress Ball in a ziploc bag.
Ingredients:
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup of salt
1 packet of Kool-aid
1/2 cup of boiling water
1 tbsp of cooking oil
Step 1: Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2: Add oil and water. Stir. Once cool enough, you will want to continue to mix ingredients with your hands.
Step 3: Once dough begins to form, remove from the bowl and knead with your hands. You may add more flour if dough is sticky.
When not using, store your Kool-aid TheraPutty in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
