  • In September, FUSD System Admin does an automatic batch upload to the CSAC for the Cal Grant GPA’s for all seniors. 

  • If your record shows "Missing GPA" or "Mismatched GPA", please contact Ms. Hu at jhu1@fusdk12.net immediately to get help.

Cal Grants Data Sharing on Aeries

We encourage all families to choose "YES" for this question on Aeries Parent Portal to allow your students to take full advantage of all potential financial aid. You may logon back to Aeries Parent Portal, and click "YES" for Cal Grants data sharing.  Here are the steps to go through:

Login to Aeries Parent Portal

- > Student Info 

-> Data Confirmation 

-> Click on "Final Data Confirmation" 

-> It will show a list of items 

-> Authorizations

-> Authorizations & Prohibitions

-> CAL Grant GPA

-> Check "Allow"

-> Save

Cal Grants Awardees

If you have been awarded Cal Grants, please make sure to complete the following steps before your college starts. 

• Step 1: Go to CSAC WebGrants4Students Portal to create an account with your Social Security Number. 

• Step 2: Login to your account and check your Cal Grant Award information, including Status, Amount, and Years of Eligibility, etc. If the status shows "Pending", you need to verify your college of attendance, but please do this as soon as you finish the college application process. 

• Step 3: Your Cal Grant award info will be forwarded to your college of attendance. After enrollment, you will be able to check for updates from your college financial aid portal. 

• Step 4: Make sure to verify your eligibility annually via FAFSA/CADAA.
