Naviance Login

Naviance is a single sign-on option. You will log into Naviance by just clicking the link, but if that doesn't work, then your login will be the same as you use to log into your computer.

Then scroll down until you see the Naviance Logo

Transcript Request

When applying to colleges in your senior year, it is very important that you follow the directions to add your colleges to Naviance and request your transcripts to be sent to the colleges you apply to. Transcripts will not be sent if you do not follow these directions!

  • College Tab

    • Colleges I am applying to:

      • If you are applying to a Common App school, please link up your Common App account and make sure that you sign the FERPA release.

      • Click on the pink plus sign (+) on the right-hand side of the page.

      • Add schools you are applying to.

        • Please fill out the application type (this is very important for Early Decision applications).

        • Please fill out "I'll submit my application" it is very important that you tell us what type of application you filled out and submitted for Common App has many more steps for us to assure that your transcripts are sent.

      • Make sure you click on "Add and Request Transcripts" when you are adding your schools.

      • That is it!!! Transcripts are sent out every Friday throughout the year beginning in September.

      • If you graduated prior to this school year, please email your counselor to let her know that you have added a transcript request so that she can make sure to look up your request and send it.

  • If you graduated prior to 2014, please use this link to request your transcripts.

Common Application:

If you are filling out a Common Application there are several steps you need to make sure you follow in order for your transcripts to be submitted via the Common App.

  • Add your Common App Colleges to Naviance the same way you add the non-common app schools.

  • Verify on Naviance if you are applying via Common App or directly through the Institution.

  • On Naviance, make sure you are connecting your Common App to your Naviance account, you must first sign the FERPA waiver on the Common App before you will be able to do this.

  • If the colleges your are applying to require letters of recommendation that you follow the proper procedures and ask your teacher/counselor for the letter of recommendation and add these requests to Naviance as well.

  • Meet all your deadlines and give your teachers/counselors plenty of time to meet these deadlines as well.

  • Your counselor will not be able to send your transcripts to the schools until all these tasks are met. This is what she see's on her side when all the tasks are not completed:

    • Student has not confirmed whether applying via Common App (will default to Common App delivery)

    • This college is not in the student's Common App application list

    • Written evaluation required

    • Teacher LORs: 2 min / 3 max

    • 0 teacher LORs have been submitted

  • She will NOT be able to send transcripts to any schools if all this criteria are not met. She only gets one chance to send it all at once and the computer will not allow her to send any of it unless all the requirements are met.

Naviance is used to meet the state requirements for ECAP. Every student registered at PBHS is given a Naviance account to use throughout their high school and college careers. Naviance is used as a resource to help students make a four-year plan, set goals and deadlines to achieve these goals, take interest surveys, research careers, research colleges, and so much more.

It is very important that each student familiarizes themselves with their Naviance account for they will be visiting this site quite often throughout their high school career.

After the fall break of each year, parents will be sent a link to be able to register for Naviance to view their child's account. Please note that the email will be sent to the email address on record; therefore, if you do not receive an email, please contact the PBHS registrar to update your information. Parents will only be allowed to view certain parts of the site but will not be able to make any changes to their child's account.
