The Student Wellness Advisory Club (SWAG) plays a vital role in shaping a culture of care and well-being at Homestead High School. Members collaborate with the Mental Fitness Squad and wellness partners to ensure student voices are at the center of our wellness efforts. Through open discussions, creative projects, and outreach events, students share feedback, design campaigns, and help build programs that support mental health, balance, and belonging on campus. Each member’s contribution, whether through ideas, leadership, or peer connection, helps make Homestead a place where wellness is valued and every student feels seen and supported.
The Student Wellness Advisory Club (SWAG) welcomes students who are passionate about promoting well-being and making a positive impact on campus. Membership is open year-round, allowing students to join when they’re ready and able to contribute. Commitment is flexible and designed to support school-life balance, recognizing that wellness starts with managing your own time and energy. Members are expected to attend meetings regularly, participate in wellness events or campaigns, and share thoughtful input on student needs and ideas. Whether you can commit for a semester or all year, every voice in SWAG helps strengthen Homestead’s culture of care and connection.
