Spring Break Bags 2026 – Volunteer Opportunities
Help us make Spring Break Bags 2026 a success! There are three ways to get involved:
We need volunteers to pack produce and perishables , volunteers to deliver bags, volunteers to purchase groceries and donations.
1. Volunteer for Spring Break Bags on March 24th
Help pack produce and perishables or deliver bags to families. There are 3 shifts are available, one of which is in the evening. Level 1 volunteer status required to pack produce and perishable. Volunteers make the work we do possible.
2. Fill A Bag
Purchase and donate the shelf-stable items a child needs for spring break. Have the flexibility to shop when it works for you using the list we provide. Each bag costs approximately $45.
3. Prefer to donate?
It costs money to purchase produce, perishables, and unsponsored Fill A Bags. Donations help cover Spring Break costs, and any additional funds support our general operations.

Binning Food Items
Volunteers load bins in the Fuel Up closet with prescribed menu items (10-12) making sure that substitutions are made for allergies and food preferences.
One Time or Reoccurring with flexibility in terms of time and day (Thurs-Tues 8am-4pm). The sign up date is the last possible day to bin.

Purchase food items from our Amazon Wishlist to send items directly to us.
Secure donations via credit cards can be made through Givebacks, our Ecommerce site.
