YOU MUST APPLY FOR FUEL UP at Perry Harrison School EVERY YEAR!
Applications are Accepted throughout the year.
Only a custodial parent or legal guardian may complete and submit an application for Fuel Up.
It will take a week to obtain a Fuel Up Number and then your child(ren) will start receiving their food.
Application information is only accessible by the Perry Harrison Counselor. Fuel Up Volunteers do not know which students are involved in the program at any time.
