Welcome to FTM’s A.A.Y.M. It is our pleasure to offer a safe, fun, and nurturing youth ministry for students aged 3 to 16. The ministry will operate each 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sunday during the 10 am service. The weekly schedule at A.A.Y.M. includes praise & worship, break-out sessions with structured physical activity time, a snack, and other various activities. Please review the following guidelines:
- Parental Involvement -
·Complete the participant registration form (below).
·Drop off (10 am) and pick up (11:30 am) your child at the specified time.
·Provide items from the supply list (below).
·Volunteer at least 1 time each month (ex: provide snacks, distribute snacks, arrival/dismissal, etc.)
·Review lesson objectives with your child after each weekly lesson.
- Ministry Hours -
·A.A.Y.M. will operate on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays (unless otherwise announced).
·Participants should be dropped off prior to 10:15 am, and should be picked up no later than 11:30 am (unless FTM's service times are extended).
- Behavior Expectations -
·We believe all students are capable of behaving properly and following acceptable behavior guidelines during A.A.Y.M. Therefore, to guarantee your child and all the students who participate in the ministry an excellent learning and social environment, acceptable behavior will be expected (below).
·Inappropriate behavior may result in your child’s removal from the A.A.Y.M. ministry.
- Arrival & Dismissal Procedures -
·If church services are canceled due to inclement weather or any other reason, A.A.Y.M. will not operate.
·For the protection of your child, only people designated on the registration form will be allowed to pick up your child. If, at any time, information needs to be updated, please get in touch with the A-Team at aaym@ftmrockhill.org.
·During arrival, participants should be checked in and dropped off upstairs in the youth sanctuary by accessing the center stairwell (located between the Freedom Book Store and the Freedom Café).
·During dismissal, please proceed into the Freedom Family Life Center (near the Caldwell Street entrance) to obtain your child and exit the Freedom Family Life Center on the back parking lot side.

Participants will be required to arrive with 3 things: A Bible, an Offering, and a Good Attitude
in addition to adhering to the following code of conduct:
