Transcript Ordering
Current students can make transcript requests through their existing Parchment accounts. Transcript requests can be sent electronically for free by signing on to Parchment. Make certain the transcript is being sent from Franklin Central to the receiving entity.
(New!) Graduates from Franklin Central can request official transcripts by signing on to Parchment and ordering through existing accounts or creating new accounts. There is a $7.15 fee payable by credit card to Parchment. Transcripts can be mailed or sent electronically to any email address.
Important! If your name has changed since you graduated, you must use the exact name used upon graduation (i.e. maiden name). Also, don’t forget to match suffixes as well (i.e. Jr., III, etc…). If the request doesn’t match the name on the high school transcript, it will not send.
Non-graduates/withdrawn students can request an unofficial copy of their transcript by:
Emailing a request to Lucille Northcutt. Be sure to include your full name, as it was when you attended FCHS, along with your date of birth. Please indicate if you will be picking up the records or if they are to be mailed. Be sure to include an address in your email, if records are to be mailed.

There is no fee for the records of students who are withdrawn or have not graduated from Franklin Central High School.
Official transcripts/records will be released when the student has completed the withdrawal process.
Parents wishing to withdraw or transfer their student should contact their student’s school counselor.
Please do not use your Franklin Township email to create an account on Parchment.

Steps to Order Your Transcript on Parchment:
Click on the "I would like to" drop down menu and choose "order my transcript or credentials."
A new screen will appear. In the "order from" search bar, type in "Franklin Central" and choose FC from the drop-down menu.
A new screen will appear. Choose that you are going to create a "new learner" account. Scroll down and fill out your personal info.
DO NOT USE YOUR FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP STUDENT EMAIL. It will not work. Please use your personal email address.
After you make your profile:
After filling out your personal info and hitting Submit, you will be asked to enter a confirmation code that was just sent to your email.
After you have entered the confirmation code, you will be taken to a screen where you will need to choose whether to waive your right to access secondary school reports and recommendations. Colleges want you to waiver this right.
You will then be taken to the screen below. Hit Order.
In the search bar, enter the college you want to send your college to and hit the Search button. Select it from the search bar.
On the next screen, ensure that you have the correct delivery location listed and hit Continue. If you need to send your transcript to more than one college you can hit the Add Another Destination button on this screen and add the college to the same order. Hit Continue again on the next screen.
Type or sign your name to consent. Check the box below and hit Save and Continue. You should be taken to a confirmation screen. Please plan in advance and allow time for the order to be processed.
