- PTA General Membership Meeting: Join us Thursday, November 13th at 6 PM in the FSES Media Center. ALL FSES stakeholders are welcome but keep in mind, per our PTA bylaws, only PTA members can participate in PTA business. Join Fort Smallwood ES PTA here.

- Chesapeake Cluster Trunk or Treat: Run by Chesapeake Bay Middle School's PTA

Head over to Chesapeake Bay Middle School's parking lot on Saturday, October 25th from 3 PM to 6 PM for a trunk or treat! They'll have food trucks, vendors, sponsors, prizes along with decorated trunks for your kiddos to trick or treat. As an added bonus, be sure to bring canned fruits and vegetables and drop them off with FSES PTA's bucket to donate to Caring Cupboard.

- Book Fair:  Our Fall Book Fair week is set! FSES Book Fair is November 3rd through November 7th! We will need your help during school hours to assist students in creating their wish lists and completing sales. Volunteer Sign-Up to follow! We will have student's book fair schedule available soon, once teachers have signed up their classes to visit.

- Race4Ed Color Run: Save the date and be on the lookout for your student's Race Packet! Join us Friday, November 7th to see our students run and raise money for our school! Extra color packets will be available for purchase to shower students in a rainbow of colors once again.
