Clients must be literally experiencing homelessness, rather than being at risk of homelessness.
Client Requirements for CE:
Client must be actively experiencing HUD's Category 1 or 4 homelessness.
Category 1: currently sleeping on the streets/tent/car/home without running water/electricity, places not meant for human habitation.
Category 4: anyone actively fleeing Intimate Partner Domestic Violence.
Staying in a self paid hotel, couch surfing, or at risk of homelessness are not eligible for CE. Couch surfing Veterans are eligible for CE due to a difference in resource eligibility.
Client must be located in Thurston County.
Client must either physically be located in Thurston County at the time of intake or actively fleeing to Thurston County from intimate partner domestic violence.

Please inform clients/participants to arrive as early as possible to guarantee the intake can be completed. It is advised to not to show up within the last hour of outreach time as we cannot guarantee there will be enough time remaining to complete an intake.
