A little bit about Mrs. Weitz...

I grew up in a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts, although I don't think you will detect an accent!  I received my Bachelor of Music in music education from University of New Hampshire and my Master of Music in clarinet performance from Rutgers University.  Some of my previous teaching experience includes being a middle school band director, teaching music in a nursery school, and giving private lessons for many years.  I live in Flemington with my husband and 2 kids.  They both went to RFIS and loved it!  In my spare time I enjoy cooking, performing, spending time with family and friends, and going on cruises.  We are going to have a wonderful year in band!  I'm so excited to get to know all of you!!!
