7-3 students are responsible for recording their assignments each class period. Teachers make time in class for everyone to write down what their homework responsibilities are.
During homeroom on the first day of school, all team 7-3 students will be given an assignment book to record their assignments.
Use the links below if you are absent from class and if you want to ensure you have written down all of the assignments correctly.
Please keep in mind you will be directed to another page for each teacher, as teachers keep their homework assignments online in different forms.
The links below will take you directly to the homework assignments page of each team teacher's website.

A NOTE TO OUR 7-3 STUDENTS:
As you join the middle school community, you begin to take more responsibility for your own learning. You will be expected to seek out your teachers if you are absent, so you can collect your missed work and makeup assessments. WE DO NOT TRACK YOU DOWN!! Tutorial time is a great opportunity for you to do this.
Your team of teachers will also be expecting that you begin to advocate for yourselves when you have questions or if you are having difficulty understanding a topic from class. If you are confused or don't understand something, check in with your Homeroom Teacher, and then GO SEE YOUR TEACHER DURING TUTORIAL. Your teachers don't know what questions you have until you ask them! We know that some students are not comfortable asking questions during class or that questions will arise after class ended. You are being provided a wonderful opportunity when it comes to the time afforded to you to seek out answers and clarification from your teachers!
Also, please do not come to any class, EVER, saying, "I didn't understand what I needed to do for this homework!" You should be completing homework for your A-Day classes on A-Days, and homework for your B-Day Classes on B-Days. If you follow this practice, and you have difficulty with your homework, you should be seeing your teacher the very next school day (Tutorial Time on A-Days and Homeroom Time after checking in on both A-Days and B-Days) to seek out help with the assignment. You can also email your teacher(s) with any questions you may have. Then the following class session, you can receive full credit for your work. Leaving blank spaces and question marks IS UNACCEPTABLE since you have the opportunity to clarify how to complete your homework assignments before they are due!
Each team teacher reviews the homework expectations for upcoming classes during class and allows time during the period for students to copy the homework assignments into their personal agendas. Additionally, all teachers on Team 7-3 record the daily homework assignments on their websites.
A DIGITAL AGENDA (Weekly and Daily Format) is linked on this page to assist students in organizing their responsibilities since agendas are no longer distributed by the school. If students prefer recording work using their Chromebooks, they can make a copy of the Google Sheets Agenda and update it according to their schedule. Additionally, Google Keep and Google Calendar can be used to keep track of assignments in a digital format.
Students are also welcome to keep their own type of agenda; it can be either a virtual or a hard copy agenda of their choosing.
We have found that students who utilize an agenda in a hard copy format tend to manage their assignments better.
STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO RECORD THEIR DAILY ASSIGNMENTS IN THEIR AGENDA AS THEY ARE DISCUSSED IN CLASS. ASSIGNMENTS NOTED ON THE TEACHER WEBSITES SHOULD BE USED AS A REMINDER OR TO DETERMINE WHAT WAS MISSED WHEN ABSENT!
Students are also expected to complete A-Day Class Assignments on A-Days and B-Day Class Assignments on B-Days. This gives students the opportunity to seek out help on the assignment before returning to the next class. Time is provided during our Tutorial period on A-Days (1:31 pm - 2:01 pm) and we welcome visits during Homeroom on both A-Days and B-Days. Questions via email are also welcome!
