Birthdays at School
Birthdays at School
We will celebrate birthdays in our classroom. We ask that if your child would like to celebrate with a snack for the class that is individually wrapped or could be shared. You also have the option to order cupcakes from our cafeteria. Please give at least one week advance notice to our kitchen staff. You can send in a note or call 926-1750 (ask for the kitchen). Thank you!!

Daily Snack
Please send in a small snack and water bottle daily with your child. It gets very warm in the classroom, especially at the beginning and at the end of the year. I understand how important it is for your children to stay hydrated so I allow the water bottles to stay on the tables daily. Due to this, please ONLY send water in the water bottles.
Lunch at School
Lunch at School
You have the choice of packing your child a lunch for school each day OR allowing them to buy lunch from our cafeteria. If you choice to have your child buy lunch, there are multiple ways to pay for this.
You can add money to their account by sending it into the classroom each time they buy.
OR you can send in a large amount to cover multiple lunches.

Hello everyone!
I am so excited to begin this new year with your children. This year I promise to be there for each one of your children to help them become readers, writers, and mathematicians as we like to call it in Kindergarten. It will also be fun, exciting, and eye-opening for both you and your child. Each one of my newest superstars will learn, play, and be challenged to succeed further than you could imagine at this point.
I am so excited to begin this new year with your children. This year I promise to be there for each one of your children to help them become readers, writers, and mathematicians as we like to call it in Kindergarten. It will also be fun, exciting, and eye-opening for both you and your child. Each one of my newest superstars will learn, play, and be challenged to succeed further than you could imagine at this point.
Being a mother of three children, all whom have attended or currently attend, I have been connected with our building for many years. I began volunteering, as a homeroom mom and reading parent, in my own daughter’s classroom several years ago. From there, I went on to teach in multiple long-term positions at Big Tree Elementary and Blasdell Elementary. This is my sixth year teaching Kindergarten at Blasdell and I know this is right where I belong!
