Eligibility

This program is open to those individuals:

• Affiliated to a community-based organization or a non-profit (staff, board members, active volunteers).

• In early or mid-level leadership levels, meaning that they might have some decision-making power in their communities or organizations.

• Interested in learning about transformative leadership to continue growing to more advanced leadership positions within the coalition, their organizations, and/or their communities.

• With some experience fighting or advocating for environmental, climate, or social justice.

• Interested in learning more about how to implement a just transition framework in community-centered programs and projects.

• Over 18 years of age. 

• Committed to working 10 hours of work per month for nine months.

• Living in Washington State.
