SCHOOL HOURS:

School hours are 8:25am-3:45pm. The doors will open at 7:45am for student drop-off. 

SCHOOL SUPPLIES:

All students will need a backpack (non-rolling, large enough to transport assigned chromebook) & corded headphones. Click here for School Supply Lists by grade.

WORTHAM BELL SCHEDULE:

School will begin at 8:25 am and end at 3:45 pm.

ATTENDANCE:

If your student will be, or is, absent, please report the absence within 3 days of their return to school. The "Report an Absence" form is a button on the top right-hand side of the Wortham Intermediate School home page. You may also drop off a physical note to the Wortham front desk. For more information on absences, please refer to the student handbook for attendance guidelines and truancy information.  

STUDENT CHECK-OUT:

We are unable to pull students from class until a parent or guardian arrives in the office and signs them out. Please note that identification is necessary when you check out your student. Any person who is picking up a student must be listed in our database as a guardian or emergency contact- no exceptions.
