Parent Request for Administration of Medication by School Personnel must be filled out by the parent, for any medication in the clinic

Self-Administration of Prescription Asthma or Anaphylaxis Medication by Students MUST BE signed by a physician for students to carry their inhaler, otherwise, it will be kept in the clinic
Important information for incoming 7th grade students and any new student to Frisco ISD
Required Screenings - Vision, hearing screenings required for all 7th grade students. Spinal screenings for 7th grade girls and 8th grade boys.
New to Frisco ISD students in grades 6th and 8th are also screened.
School Attendance Guidelines/When to keep your student home from school
Please be sure upon reporting an absence, to go to the Vandeventer Middle School main page and click the area, "Report an absence" and complete required fields. This will route the report to the appropriate campus email address.
2025-2026 School year: Students who are sent home from school with a fever above 100 degrees Fahrenheit will be required to go home and remain out of school until they have been fever free for twenty four hours without the use of fever reducing medications.
