Meet the Librarian

Hi, I'm Erin Topp, a librarian with a passion for fostering inclusive and welcoming spaces. I spent 7 years serving in the Air Force before transitioning to a career in education, where I've accumulated another 8 years of experience, most of which was dedicated to special education. I received my Undergraduate degree from Minot State University in Marketing. I then went on to the University of North Texas to earn my Masters in Library Science. My goal is to create a library environment where every student feels safe to explore their interests and discover the joy of learning.

When I'm not at the library, I'm at home with my wonderful husband, Kyle, our two daughters, Kendall and Olivia, and our dog, Hagrid. Whether at work or at home, creating a supportive and nurturing environment is at the heart of everything I do.
