Water Bottles:

• Please have your student bring a water bottle each day.  Our classroom doors must be locked at all times, so having water already inside our classroom limits distractions during learning time!

Take Home Folders and Guided Reading Bags:

• We send folders home on Thursday afternoons and ask that you check the contents and return them to school on Friday mornings. 

• Guided reading bags will be kept in your student's backpack so that they are able to read their books at home!

Absences:

• Absences should be reported directly on the Shawnee Trail Website.

Lunch Accounts:

• • Frisco Cafe allows you to set up online payments to your child's lunch account using MealPayPlus. This resource allows you to view your child's account balance 24/7, receive low balance notifications via email, set up auto payments to your child's account, monitor purchases, and place restrictions on how money is spent with "meal" and "general" account options.

  • If you are unable to make payments online and need to send in a check or cash with your child, please place it in a sealed envelope labeled with your child's first and last name and student ID#. Encourage your child to take the envelope directly to the cafeteria when they arrive at school. Teachers are not responsible for lost or stolen lunch money.
