Medical Conditions

• If your child has a medical condition, it is vital to inform me.  Plans will be made for medication administration, special procedures, and other accommodations to help keep your child in school and safe while at school.  

• Please look at the drop down box to learn what is needed for your child at school. If your child has a medical condition other than those listed, please contact me so we can discuss what I can do to help him/her while at school.

• It is important to update INFOSNAP every year when you register your child. This gives me the information needed to update our computer system and inform necessary staff (teachers, coaches) about medical conditions or needs.
