*Art 1 is a beginner level class for incoming 6th and/or 7th grade students. Learners will be introduced to a variety of mediums and classically trained through foundational art skills & techniques. Art 1 is a prerequisite class and required prior to enrolling in Art 2.

Grading System in Art 1

P=Progress Check for Learning (no re-takes)

AL= Assessment of Learning (if completed/improvement made prior to end of quarter, increase in score is possible)
