Mission
As an elementary school counselor, my mission is to ensure every student feels cared for, capable, and connected. I am committed to supporting each child’s journey of self-discovery—helping them explore who they are and who they aspire to become. By creating a safe and inclusive space, I provide opportunities for students to love themselves and others, listen with empathy, learn with curiosity, and lead with purpose. Through these experiences, students are empowered to build a strong sense of identity, foster meaningful relationships, and grow into confident, compassionate individuals with direction and purpose.
Vision
As a school counselor at Pink Elementary, my vision is to know every student by name and need, ensuring that each child feels recognized, supported, and valued. I am committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where students can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Through strong relationships and individualized support, I help students build confidence in who they are and who they are becoming.
Grounded in Frisco ISD’s Future Ready Skills, I strive to empower students to develop character, practice responsible citizenship, and build meaningful connections through collaboration and communication. I encourage creativity and critical thinking as students explore their strengths and learn to navigate challenges with resilience and purpose.
By supporting the whole child, I aim to help every student become confident, compassionate, and future ready—prepared to lead, learn, and thrive in an ever-changing world.
