Director

Laura Alleman is excited for her 24th year teaching and her 4th year as the Pearson Patriot Choir Director! Mrs. Alleman holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of North Texas and a Master of Music Education in Kodály Pedagogy from Colorado State University.  Her primary instruments are her voice (alto), trumpet, piano, and organ.

Mrs. Alleman and her husband, Jeremy, have been married for twenty three years and have two daughters.  Kirsten and her husband Matheus attend Brigham Young University Idaho where she is studying applied science, and he is an audio engineer and violinist.  Katie is a Junior at Panther Creek High School where she is a member of the choir.  Mrs. Alleman, along with her daughters, have sung with the Millennial Choirs and Orchestras since 2017, with whom they have recorded multiple albums, and been on various tours, including performing in New York City at Carnegie Hall and the Academy of Achievement Gala in Washington D.C.

When not at school, Mrs. Alleman loves to quilt, bake, read and travel, especially to Disney or a beach!
