AMERICAN CLASSIC CHORAL FESTIVAL

Friday May 8, 2026

Cost $40, due by January 31st at www.onlineschoolfees.com

Our favorite event of the year is the American Classic Choral Festival.  All choir members are able to participate and celebrate a wonderful year of music making.

We will leave at 9:15 am to travel to Pinstack Plano.  Once there, we will perform and receive some great feedback from a judge and hopefully bring home another trophy! The rest of the day until 2 pm will be spent at Pinstack having fun with friends.

The $40 fee includes:

bus transportation

contest entry fee

All-you-can-eat pizza buffet

Unlimited activities at Pinstack 

unlimited game card (excluding games that give prizes)

laser tag

bumper cars

ropes course

bowling

rock climbing wall

We were able to earn enough with our fundraiser to help subsidize the cost. The total is actually $50 per student, but we are able to cover $10 for everyone.  From there, the cost is pro-rated based on participation in the fundraiser.  You will see a fee in online school fees of either $10/$20/$30/$40.  The top ten earners are covered completely and will not see a fee posted.

The fee is due by January 31st, which is the last day I can adjust the numbers with the festival of how many students are attending.

We also need 5 parents who can attend with us as chaperones. Please respond to the email if you are available to come with us - I promise it will be fun!

January 9th: All-Region Choir Auditions for 7th and 8th graders

January 14th: Choir Information and Ice Cream for rising 6th graders

January 23rd:  All-Region Choir Clinic and Concert for those 7th and 8th graders selected
February 18th: Pre-UIL @ Reedy HS - Required for 7th and 8th graders going to UIL 

February 25th: Mid-Winter Choir Concert @ Pearson - Required for 6th grade and 7th/8th graders not going to UIL

March 3rd - 5th: Choir UIL - Required for 7th and 8th graders going to UIL - during the school day

March: Choir Social

May 4th: Spring Choir Concert @ Pearson - Required

May 7th: Choir Festival - Tentative
