Hi! My name is Lauren Boyd and this is my first year at Minett Elementary! I have been teaching for 10 years here in Frisco and so excited to now be a part of the Minett Community. I have been married to my husband Ben for 9 years and we have a 3 year old daughter Samantha who keeps us busy and active. We also love our 9 year old golden-doodle - Ranger! When I'm not at school, I love to spend time with family, my friends, shopping, watching College Football, and diving into a good book! I love all things pink, diet coke, and Chick-fil-A!
I am so excited to begin this year and get to know my students! I truly believe in creating a classroom culture of respect, kindness, and finding JOY in learning every day. It's going to be a great year!
