Susan Snel - ELAR
My name is Susan Snel. My family moved to Frisco in 2007 from Michigan. At that time my son, Brendan, was in 4th grade and my daughter, Kate was in 7th grade. Fast forward and now my daughter and son have graduated both from FISD and Texas A&M. My daughter is now married to Cody. All three are living in the Houston area. Having my children attend FISD schools has been a great opportunity of growth for them and has given me a passion for our school district. Now as an educator I want to be an inspiring teacher who motivates young learners to explore new things and grow. I look forward to providing your 3rd grade student another great year in their learning journey as they continue their education here at Liscano.
When I am not at school, you might find me enjoying the many new restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues that are continuing to open around town. My husband and I also enjoy traveling to Michigan and Canada to visit with family during the hot months of summer in Texas as well as a beach somewhere during the winter months.
