REQUIREMENTS FOR INCOMING 7th AND 8th GRADERS IN ATHLETICS:
You will need a sports physical completed by your primary care physician or from an urgent care prior to the first day of the 2024-2025 schoolyear. The physical will need to be completed after 5/1/2024.
COPY OF YOUR PHYSICAL FORM: Sports Physical Form
You will also need to complete all of your RANKONE paperwork which is done completely ONLINE. You will upload all of your forms onto the site and the athletic coordinators will approve the documents. CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE: RankOne Online Forms
You will NOT be allowed to tryout or participate in athletics until these forms are completed.
ALL FORMS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 5th, 2024.

You must have a grey shirt and black shorts for the class period. You can order through Nelson MS or go directly to Frisco Sports. The athletic department on campus will not be responsible for the ordering.
