Keisha Gaddis received her Undergraduate degree and her Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. (Go Mean Green!) Mrs. Gaddis is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Professional School Counselor. Prior to Counseling, Mrs. Gaddis taught Kindergarten and served as a School Community Liaison.
Mrs. Gaddis is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and One Community Church in Plano, TX. Her passion is empowering youth, so in 2006 she founded a local non-profit organization for girls, PEARL Girls. In order to spread the mission of PEARL Girls nationally, she started a Life-Coaching, Counseling & Speaking practice, called Coach Keisha, where she helps teens make positive choices, gain self-esteem, and set goals for their future. She also published a fun character education book for young children, “The Inner-Beauty Secret” which teaches kindness, respect, and other positive character traits.
When she is not counseling, Mrs. Gaddis loves to spend time with her family. On the weekends you can find them enjoying a good Tex-Mex meal while watching movies or splashing in the pool.
