Welcome to Scott Elementary! I am very excited to still be a part of the Frisco ISD community. This will be my twelfth year to work in Frisco as a full-time teacher in First Grade. In the past I was a substitute for the district. Before that, my husband, Jason and I lived in Shanghai, China for almost 10 years. We have three young adult children.  China was an amazing adventure for our family. We thrived in the culture and being a part of the expat community. Along with traveling to other countries, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, playing volleyball, and exploring the outdoors.

Before China, my beginnings as a teacher were in Lubbock, Texas. I had the joy of teaching 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade after graduating from Lubbock Christian University. Now I have the privilege of working with such a talented crew. This year will be filled with many special achievements!
