Immunizations

Immunizations required for ALL students: 

• DTAP (4)

• Polio/IPV (3)

• Hepatitis B (3)

• Hepatitis A (2) must be given 6 months apart

• Haemophilus Influenzae type B/HIB (4)*

• Pneumococcal/PCV (4)*

• Measles Mumps Rubella/MMR (1)

• Varicella (1) 

*A student may only require 4 doses of HIB or PCV IF they received 3 doses before their first birthday

Catch-up schedules will be used as needed.
