Hi! My name is Crystal Ponder, and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year!

I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and hold a Master’s degree in Teacher Leadership. I am certified in Early Childhood–4th Grade, Special Education, and English as a Second Language. This is my 17th year in education and my 5th year teaching Pre-K here at ECS.

This year will be filled with many exciting firsts as your child begins their school journey. I look forward to building a strong partnership with you to ensure your child’s success.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy painting with watercolors, hiking, crafting, and spending time with my family. I can’t wait for a wonderful year together!
