Small Groups & Individual Counseling
Small Groups offer students an opportunity during the school day for more in-depth, skills-based growth experiences. Students can be referred by parents, teachers, or can self-refer.
LUNCH BUNCH GROUPS
MOTIVATORS- having a positive attitude, school motivation, study skills, self esteem as it relates to school
CHAMPIONS-focus, finding a way to harness your energy
TRAILBLAZERS-self-esteem, assertiveness skills, leadership skills, refusal skills
FANTASTIC FRIENDS- getting along with others, taking turns, expressing feelings, manners
GIRLS GROUP- friendship issues, positive body image, being assertive(4th and 5th grade girls only)
Changing Families-divorce, separation. We usually meet in the morning before school.
I am available for short term, solution focused counseling sessions with individuals.
