Welcome to 4th grade!

I'm Mrs. Sharp, and I’m excited to be part of your sweet kiddo's learning journey this year.  With over twelve years of experience in education and counseling (yes, I used to be a mental health therapist!), I genuinely enjoy helping young minds grow and feel grateful for the opportunity to teach.   This will be my sixth year teaching within Frisco ISD, and my first year with Allen.

In our classroom, we cheer for curiosity, mistakes, hard work, and the kind of “productive struggle” that helps real learning stick. Every child has their own unique spark, and it’s my joy to help them discover that gift, grow in confidence, and find the fun in learning. The world needs the special gift only they have! 

When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll probably find me happily supporting the economy through my Amazon habit 😆, curled up with great books or watching movies, off adventuring somewhere in the mountains with my husband and three kiddos, or watching football with my boys - GO Cowboys!
