SNACKS & PREPAREDNESS

I will eat my snack outside the rehearsal room before 3:30 and I will come to rehearsal prepared with the script, pencil, and water bottle at 3:30 sharp. 

ATTENDANCE

I commit to working with my Caregivers to arrange appointments and lessons on non-rehearsal dates as best as I can. I WILL ARRIVE ON TIME & CONTACT OUR STUDENT DIRECTOR OR S.M. IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY ABSENCE.

CONFLICTS

I have reviewed the schedule, and these are all of my known conflicts (including lessons, games outside of school, orthodontic & other medical appointments, other rehearsals outside of school, and any planned family events or religious observances) between February 13 -April 12 ( excluding Spring Break ). I understand that conflicts will play a factor in casting.

ONE WEEK OF MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

APRIL 6th for CREW and ALL CALL for the entire week of APRIL 8th, I will clear my schedule for the weeks of run-throughs, techs, dress rehearsals, and performance.
