5: Tips for course instructors in using these resource toolkits (for reference ONLY)

1) Put ePortfolio resources on the course Moodle page at the beginning of the new semester (Course instructors may need to discuss with the course coordinator and department administrative staff);

2) Introduce ePortfolio and related assignments to students in class by playing videos;

3) Encourage students to read the instruction manuals and watch the instruction videos.

4) Encourage students to join ePortfolio workshops from LTTC;

5) Contact LTTC to organize course-specific ePortfolio workshops if necessary (Course instructors may need to discuss with the course coordinator and department administrative staff);

6) Make reference to the ePortfolio handbook;

7) Make reference to the course-specific instructional manual(s) for providing students with guidance or support when and where necessary.

6: Workshop Support from LTTC

(Course instructors are suggested to mention/remind the workshop information to students at the session of introducing course assignments. )
