The Finnish Early Childhood Fair

Centre Co-director: Dr. Mari Nislin, is going to give a talk about "Supporting children's stress regulation and well-being in kindergarten classrooms" during the Fair

The Finnish Early Childhood Fair is an event organized jointly by the Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macao and the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. The event will introduce and demonstrate Finnish early childhood education in practice.

Finnish education has been consistently ranked high. The Finnish early childhood education system has been deemed one of the best in the world due to its successful integration of care, education and play. They want to share this expertise, which is why they have invited principals, teachers and parents to listen and see what Finnish expertise in Early Childhood Education can offer Hong Kong. Moreover, children will be able to test and experience Finnish early childhood education in the form of workshops.

At the must-attend event with free admission, they will have workshops for kids to experience Finnish early childhood education first hand (registration required). There will also be talks for educators and parents on the secret to the success of the system.
