Dr. Carrey Tik-Sze Siu is interested in how young children relate to the external world via music and language. Her research covers mentalistic and emotional understanding in infancy and toddlerhood, and the role of music exposure and training in it. She also studies the developmental trajectory of different forms of perspective-taking across early childhood.
