Our Curriculum

All Diploma Students must take at least 3, but no more than 4 Higher Level classes. The remainder of their IB classes are taken at Standard Level. Most courses span two years, with the exception of Group 6 classes and Design Technology, which are three semesters each. In addition, they must take the Core, which includes the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and CAS (Creativity, Action, & Service).

At the heart of this holistic, broad-based education, IB hopes to develop students who embody the characteristics of the IB Learner Profile. Exhibiting these characteristics leads to success in the program and beyond.
